What is the easiest way to transport supplements from work to play?

What does everyone actually use to transport their supplements?

I use a generic CVS container to take my supplements to work but they rattle and its not air sealed. I also keep many of my supplements at home in a large supposedly air tight container for ease of access and organization. There has to be better set ups out there....

I use 14 of these 4 fl oz Rubbermaid containers I got at Target, and dispense stuff from the original bottles once a week in AM/PM doses. Much easier than most of the traditional "pill organizers" I've seen, since I can easily just dump the contents of one into my mouth. ;)

are you concerned with detection?

i.e. people knowing you take 2 dozen supps a day.

A plastic baggie works good too. doesn't rattle, and is very cheap.

Um. Empty supplement bottles of some small size.

If you're hiding a lot of strange pills in a plastic bag and happen to
get into a traffic control on your way, prepare some explanation. [tung]

Against the rattling you could use the filler that some companies use
(foam material, cotton), but if you do LE, just stand by it. With healthcare
going down the drain, it's going to be mainstream in a few years anyhow. [tung]

A baggie does seem like a very easy, sound proof way to move your supplements about. Im going to try this.

I have to admit that I do have some reservations about people seeing me take supps because NO ONE I know of takes supplements in these amounts at these intervals. I guess this is something we all deal with though and with health care going a bit on the wayside everyone may soon adopt the habit.

Do you guys use multiple baggies for each dosing time or just put them all in one baggie and think out the supplements you need to take?

IMO definitely make sure to use separate bags or separate whatever. I even label mine. I tried to not to that, and while at work or so, in a hurry, you start worrying whether you're accidentally taking twice the daily dose of selenium, ginkgo and other stuff where you should not exceed a maximum, since that's the only way it may get dangerous. So some way of assembling one dose for taking at a time (even for when being at home) is pretty good.

Good advice mixter; I'm going to start using this method right away.

I labeled 4 bags: morning, afternoon, evening, and meals. The "meals" bag seemed fine by itself since i don't take many things with meals to begin with and i find the consequence of taking too many of its contents doesn't really matter. I have had a few slip ups in the past (haven't we all) with taking twice the dose of something and so this will take alot of stress off my back. Its so simple that i don't know why i hadn't tried it in the first place. Makes me feel kind of dumb actually. Thanks for the advice; we'll see how it pans out
