Sifting throught a particular thread that has many posts/pages to find a specific post can be tedious and could also be viewed as being inefficient. Maybe we could have a "Thread-search"(whatever you guys want to call it) option close beside "Track Topic | Email Topic | Print" where the user types in user name, pharase or so on to search the thread.
