I know Ortho Core would be ideal, but due to its price tag I can't afford it at this moment. Could you tell me what you think of this multi? ....

Hi,

unless your diet is pure crap (e.g., big macs), I wouldn't recommend supplementing with Vitmain A or E.

try a twinlab or dr weil multi.

cheers,
efosse

You also might want to search the forum for "niacinamide" to hear about what people are saying about it.

Liver supplementation is ludicrous. (PMID: 11700269, 10342801) Not sure if 4 g is enough to worry about, though.

2 g calcium is crazy.

11 mg manganese is madness.

Niacinamide is a needless risk.

Selenite is silly: the vitamin C will inhibit its absorption.

I can't think of good alliterations for deriding the excessive vitamin A, D2 (should be D3), pure alpha tocopherol, and excessive riboflavin.

I also failed to mention, those facts are with TWO packs a day. I'll only be taking one serving a day, so slash all of those numbers in half.
