What do guys consider the optimal dosage of tocopherols and tocotrienols.
I take a half dose of ortho core and am considering getting extra mixed E vitamers to boost me up to the full ortho-core dosage. Anyone done any research to suggest that we need more (or less) than the full ortho-core dose?
