Provigil (modafinil) worked really well for me. It increased my IQ by what I can describe as putting masses of ideas together for a fast conclusion. Instead of pondering, you get to the point. Only downside was that speech was impaired a bit, reached tolerance quickly, and I could not get to sleep. First one can be solved by a dopamine agonist and some form of piracetam, second can be solved by cycling it, and third is solved by ambien.

I tried an Indian generic version of modafinil and undoubtedly it was less effective and had harsher downs.

I'm posting this to see if anybody knows of either a.) a source of real brand name Provigil (Cephalon) or b.) high quality generic Provigil made by reputable company.

Thanks for any help.

Nop, they don't do so anymore since a month or so due to problems with visa-regulations... They've got a new site now: http://www.thepharmacyexpress.com/ with same service (at least I hope so) but slightly higher pricing.

Modalert is fine quality indeed.

So what exactly is the cause of the speech impairment and how is it that a dopamine-agonist will fix this problem?
Also Anti-agingsystems sells the real Provigil, very expensive!

LEF Rx sells real provigil too, also very expensive. I think you might need a prescription though.

I couldnt agree more with you on all three points. I discontinued modalert one month ago after receiving a legit script for 'brand' Provigil from my gp and the difference is night and day. Cost of medicines here in Ireland is capped at 85 euros a month under the drug payments scheme, so you get as much as you need for no more than that amount which is pretty good value for money over buying online & safer too.

I couldn't afford the cost of my Provigil for my narcolepsy since I no longer have insurance coverage for meds. I was desperate so I ordered from Medstore. I just received the Modalert today, so I have taken 1. It seems to act like my Provigil so far. However, I thought the company was in Canada but the package came from India! Cost was 149.99 for 90 pills 200 mg each. Had no idea ordering ourside the US was illegal.
