Weren't there only 17 in August? Good to see that the amount of related books is doubled this month compared to last.

How to Stop Aging at 30 sounds intriguing, except there are no details on Amazon.com regarding it.

Yes, you are right.
This list is for new books published by September 1, 2007.
Books published after this date will go to the next list (if time permits).
