If we're talking about superfoods, everything is small time compared to chlorella. 65% protein by weight, high in chlorophyll and beta carotene... but check out the amount of lutein. 500 milligrams of lutein per 100 grams of chlorella. Even at your average sized 1 teaspoon serving, that's 15mg of lutein, as much as a standalone lutein supplement. Also, chlorella supports detox, mercury, dioxins, PCBs. It is the king of green foods. I take a 2-4 tablespoons per day.
Green magma is great, and if I could get it as cheaply as chlorella, I'd take it too.
Looking for a good powdered green superfood supp

Jarrow Yaeyama Chlorella. 2 tbsps a day with juice. Don't see the sense in spending money on green mixes that are mainly fillers, such as pectin. Not to mention, chlorella (and spirulina) are far more nutrient dense than wheatgrass, alfalfa, etc., so why even bother with the others? I've changed my suppliment regiment to 2 tablespoon of chlorella a day and a few grams of spirulina here and there.

Pure Synergy, aka Power Powder by LifeGive, is said to be the best Green Product on the market... at least this is what a certain doctor claims (let's just call him Brian C., no that's too obvious... let's say B. Clement). But that's not what enticed me to start using the product, given that I had read the claim after the fact. I actually became pretty interested in it after learning how it had been developed by a medical doctor, Mitchell May, after he had suffered from extreme nerve & tissue damage from a severe car accident, and used the green superfood mix over the years to fully revitalize himself (though it may sound too good to be true, that is the supposed real story behind this product). Though I've never suffered from any damage due to any automobile accidents, I can say that the product does make me feel good, and gives me considerable amounts of energy to help get me through the day (and even helps cope with stress as well). I use a heaping tablespoon, combined with David Wolfe's "Sun Is Shining" since I still have that laying around. The taste isn't that great, but I still manage to gulp it down with a glass of Cranberry Juice. But after reading this thread, I'd really like to see how some of the other brands compare, especially New Chapter's Berry Green & Jarrow's Green Defense.
