This was a 45 minute documentary aired recently on channel 4. Quite a few interviews with many different centenarians and looking at longevity, and how they achieved living to the age they have.

Ahh thanks for moving it to this section. I tried to embed it but doesn't seem to work anymore for both youtube and google codes.

Yeah, I moved this and several other video threads into this forum section. (hopefully making them easier to find for people in the future)

I enjoyed watching it, thanks for posting. Don't think I learned much from it. The 100 year old drinker and smoker was pretty awesome, he was the youngest looking for sure.
