I can happily munch through 100grams of dark chocolate (70-85% cocoa) for breakfast or morning tea. But what is that like in comparison to a tablespoon of raw organic powder or nibs? (which I also like to take a little of each day).

Also when the beans are roasted, although it takes some goodness out of the cocoa, does it also take out some 'bad' from it (eg lead or other toxins it gathered from its environment or processing equipment if its in there etc).

Also is 100grams per day of the extra dark chocolate megadosing? I'm not worried about getting fat or excess calories from it as my metabolism is too fast anyway it doesn't matter in those departments.

Who knows?!
I think flavonoids vary greatly by brand of chocolate.
Megadosing will just give you a stomach ache and restlesness (theobromine)

Not related:
I am prone to GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux) if i eat too much chocolate and tea along the day.
Alcohol is also a trigger.

Do you know of something that reduces the burping acid hell?
I know that the best remedy is avoiding those, but sometimes i forget.

Once i tried kompensan (Dihydroxyaluminum sodium carbonate) it was useless.

Good health!
