Very interesting study, I wish they had compared it to Grape Seed extract polyphenols as it appears that they are just as good and much cheaper.. There have been a few threads started about this awhile back... Though no real consensus

Still haven't made a firm decision if there is any difference, thus I still take both pine bark extract and grape seed. Clearly the Pycnogenol people have a clear interest in pushing their patented product.

I know that when I have GSE my focus/attention improves by a lot, so I think GSE is just as good, but then, i haven't given pycnogenol a whirl yet.

I'm curious how does GSE work in doing such? I haven't yet had time to look into this myself. Thanks.
