to use Sam-e, grape seed extract, l-theanine, and alcar to combat issues of "brain fog" , mild attention/focus problems , and depression? I refuse to take any prescriptions. I am in my senior of college and would like to get through it without the struggle of all the aformentioned issues. Thanks for any advice.

I don't think l-theanine will help with attention or depression issues. It raises GABA, which is inhibitory.
