I am about to start taking Piracetam daily (3 X 800 mg). How much Alpha GPC should I take with it?

Also, I've heard about people taking a high dose of Piracetam to start off. How much is recommended?

Peace,
Semi2007

Why so much, I take 50-100mg and feel much better than taking huge doses.

Attack doses of piracetam are debatable whether they work or not. You might want to actually start out on a very low dose and work up. Some people do better with micro doses because even 800 mg could make you feel absent minded. Everyone is different.

I can't give you an exact amount if you do end up doing an attack dose. Think I did between 6-9 grams and even was up to 14 grams because I wasn't feeling any effects. Remember to lower your doses gradually.

I've never heard of piracetam being effective at such a small dose. Most capsules start at 800mg and most people taking piracetam take handfuls. The dose requirements are why most people end up with aniracetam or oxiracetam (which are about 10x stronger).

There are a few people here including myself that take smaller doses of piracetam. Look up the testimony of m314 on this forum.

Well, aniracetam has pretty different effects.

I've wondered about this too. There probably isn't a "right" answer but can some people share what ratio they are currently taking? His question really never even got considered in any of these posts.

I am of the opinion that a 4:3 ratio is a good place to start.

I take about 1000mg ~ with 3x800mg Piracetam. I take the choline during mornings wrapped in paper and spread out the Piracetam to take it every 8 hour, last time before i go to sleep. Working great :)

Dont know if i really need the choline though, but i bought 450g so i'm sure gonna use it ;)
