Some of the suppliers I've looked at sell Alpha GPC for a high price and I've also noticed that many people in the forums mention that it is expensive, but I found that the Jarrow's brand is really cheap. It seems to be widely distributed so I'm assuming that it is high quality, but I can't be sure. Anybody have any experience with them? According to the site (I saw it on Amazon.com, among other places) it has 300mg base extract, which seems good if it's true.
Also, I asked this question in another forum but didn't get a real straight-forward response.: In one of the other forums, a 1:8 ratio of alpha GPC to piracetam was suggested. Is this pretty standard, or would one recommend taking more alpha GPC than that? My stuff is in the mail, and I was going to start out with 3 X 800mg piracetam and 1 X 300mg alpha GPC daily. (This is what I assume would be good based on what I've read here and elsewhere, but I'm not sure). Any suggestions?
