some stats:

179cm
75kg
40yrs of age, very fit, very strong (practice the olympic lifts) and do a lot of LA Style Salsa dancing (now if that aint gonna keep you young then i don't know WHAT will [lol] ) also been practicing karate for 25yrs or so.

Been on Ori Hofmekler's Warrior Diet for 5 years. I eat virtually nothing but some fruit and nuts in the day and then a large meal at night but not what he says in terms of "eat anything you want at night" or to the point of "overeat" but modified to the Paleolithic Diet. Been the best thing ive ever done.

in the morning on an empty stomach apart from black coffee:
Omega 3 Fish Oil Blooms...... 1 cap

in the evening with dinner:
Ortho Core AOR..................................4 caps
Blueberry and Pomegranite extract LEF.................1 cap

EGCG Max green tea extract AOR......................1 cap
CoQ10............................................1 cap 150mg
B12....................................................1 tablet 1000mcg
D3................................................2 caps 2000iu

I was taking Oxyracetam for nearly 3 months but haven't gone back to it. thats it.

Nice stack! What have you noticed from the Bacopa? I'm thinking about adding it into my stack.
