Has anyone notice differences in stretching? My joints and muscles seem to resist less when stretching. I don't know whether I am actually more flexible, but the the feeling during the stretch is different. No pain component when hitting maximum stretch.

Yes. Noticeably so. My backbends are much easier than they used to be. IHas anyone notice differences in stretching? My joints and muscles seem to resist less when stretching. feel much more flexible and go into them without that little reisitance I used to feel midway. Much smoother.
Also much stronger when I come up. I don't have to push off as much. Almost back to where I was
10 years ago when I could come back with just a tap on the floor.
Have you taking it via DMSO?

efficient exercise and used more muscles in one movement than anything else I could think of.
Going over and coming back up you not only use your arms and legs, but your lower back and your abs and basically every other
muscle in your body. You start out by using the wall and then gradually you get strong enough to do it on your own.
I was trying to get the most out of exercise in the least amount of time.
It's hard, but it keeps you in great shape, stretched, and your back strong.

is there a thread that discusses this?
I'm not familiar with it.

I not more flexible per se, just notice less pain and stiffness at the extreme position of the stretch. I wonde rif this is related somehow to what I posted earlier about lack of muscle soreness after workouts?

I've been doing them for 30 years. didn't start until I was 30.
In fact, I used to do them in reps of ten. down up down up....etc
feels great. in recent years I felt myself losing strength and found
that after taking long breaks from working out, I could only do a few at a time
and they were getting harder and harder. I thought, damn, I am really getting older...so depressing
But now, since hi-dosing res, I am back on my way up, doing 6 reps today and they are so much
easier. I find res increases flexibility. Just the idea that at 62, I am actually finding a backbend
getting easier to do is amazing.
