Poet Warrior Society
Web Walkers We
Who meet here regularly
Flying light fantastically
Singing all humanity's
Hymn of Hope for Harmony
What World Wonder over
Which we wander past
Would waken wisdom inside
Where wanton weakness resides
World Wide Web
Mind Man's Manner
World Wide War
Pleasing Past Planners
Written warning words
Weary, whining, wanting, working
Wearing wretched woven wreaths
Wreaking wrath on waste and wrong
Fanning forgotten flames too strong
World wide walking
Webmind magic talking
Weird weft warbling
The Poet Warrior's Song
Warriors and Poets dance
So why are we still worrying
Of wry wroth winning and
Singing the pyrrhic victory's anthem?
Where was last winter's cool?
What wine will make the fool?
Who will ward or lose?
When walls warp into wells and pools
Warriors will wail the Poet's tune
And all will know all too soon
Is this again an age of Samurai?
Make believe myths of honorable Jedi
What warrantor the noble I?
Who can make us better?
You and me are what we see
We dance or fight to fill the night
We struggle step by step to light
We only hope the struggle's worth the price
A flight of fancy to will what's right
Web we wrought what will we do
When one has won but none are left?
What matters victory if the struggle's best?
Why is the cost of peace, death?
A warrior sees the flower
And Poets find a cause
A painter casts the shadow and
The healer mends the paws
Simple children lost are found
Abundant Hope for futures astound
Round and round they're wound
With what we wish we want
NO! Demand!
Right Now!
Society is poetry when Warriors can sing
We can have hope for human beings
Where I comes from is within
Web Mind and we can live together free
But only in a poet warrior society
Where we will wed
Wisdom and variety
Words and alacrity
Worth and integrity
Wishing and necessity
Wile 'n wild ways are why
We will win most certainly
We'd better hope so for otherwise
We'll all lose
