Thought I would gain feedback on this supplement before making a change.

I have been using LEF Mix and thought about trying Xtend Life's Total Balance supplement. I was intrigued by the overall amount of ingredients whilst not using the bombastic approach of LEF. However, I am too ignorant on the subjec to know wether the LEF approach is overkill or the Xtend Life approach is not well thought out or not. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm not that excited about it. 15 day supply (note the ingredient listing is for 6 tablets) for $36.75. Personally I am trying not to buy anything that is not a bulk powder or a customized solution like customcapsule and even with that I am steering towards premixing my own bulk powders. Its the only way that I can see making my supplement routine economical, convienient and actually get what I want to take and not what I don't.

I know people who don't want to take the time and thought to customize their own routine (which I understand and respect as they are not crazy into this stuff like I am) and if they have the excess cash to spend so they take what Kurzweil and the LEF recommend in capsule or tablet form and it works great for them. For them this might be an interesting addition.

It looks to be inferior and more expensive than ortho-core:

1) Has bioprene
2) Has Niacinamde
3) Has beta caratene instead of mixed cartenoids
4) Has alpha tocopherol instead of mixed tocopherols
5) Otho core has sulforaphane and chloraphyllin

I personally use Total Balance Mens Plus. I like the formulation and the enteric coated tablets. I don't have to worry about taking them with food. (I eat one meal a day plus snacks like nuts or a hard boiled egg). I used to take the LEF Mix but it always gave me the "runs".
