after a month of misdiagnoses, from a DVT, to cellulitis, I ended up going back to my surgeon and he said i ruptured a bakers cyst. he gave me a cortisone shot a few weeks ago and that help a lil bit, but there is still alot of swelling in my knee that hinders flexion and rom for sprinting. im wonderin what supps would be good to take...here what im thinkin..
curcumin...fot obvious anti-inflam reasons...
nattokinase....It has been shown to support healthy blood flow
by assisting the circulatory clearing system of the body
serrapeptase..has anti-inflammatory, anti-edemic and fibrinolytic activity
and acts rapidly on localized inflammation. boswellia...anti inflam properties
fish oils.....(specifically flameout by biotest- .DHA: 2200 mg.
EPA: 880 mg. along with CLA trans-10, cis-12: 212 mg.
CLA cis-9, trans-11: 180 mg. per serving) ..great joint and inflam
dmso...reducting of swelling
wobenzym n ...help everything work better, helps to heal itself
please comment and add or subtract what u feel necessary, i have a month and a half before season starts, so i need help ASAP
