I am already checked in there but I don't know how long I will be able to attend. Anyway the important point is the room is up and running 7 of us in already

Yeah, I'm getting stuck at the "server notice : *** Checking Ident" point each time. I've downloaded the IRC client and tried some software things. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it's not that big of a deal.

just leave it at that point for a bit. I get that message too but after a few minutes the chat window opens. It is just slow
