Take everyday?

Hey,

Should nootropics be taken everyday? or is it best to take them 5 days a week for example?

Things like, ginkgo, vinpocetine, serine, etc....

Best to give both your liver and brain a break every once in awhile. 5 days per week is plenty.

They'll give you more antioxidant protection which should allow for more growth (neuroplasticity, ngf) over time
It seems wise to cycle off of most supps. ocassionaly to avoid some negative effects.
