You might consider Royal Jelly and Acetyl L-Carnitine.

Here is a link to a forum site that I go to frequently http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=67

I like whey protein better than NAC for raising glutathione. See this thread for NAC's drawbacks. Whey protein is absorbed as peptides that release cysteine as needed, so you won't run the risk of having excessive cysteine in the blood.

Selenium is probably too high. Every other day would be better, and don't take it at all if you eat brazil nuts regularly.

Take at least twice as much gamma+delta E as alpha E.

Zinc looks excessive. I take 75 mg/week.

I'd drop the beta carotene, as it can interfere with the absorption of more useful carotenoids.

This book is a fun read.

CFS at 19. Wow... I feel for you man. I got similar problems, mostly in the mental department. Been
seeing a shrink for 2 years, 5 times a week. Regardless, I definitely hope your situation gets better, best of
luck in the future. Now as far as your supplements are concerned. I must say, Krillin is very well informed. I agree
with what he says. Reduce the selenium dosage, for milk thistle, i like LEF's mega silymarin product, seems as complete
a milk thistle as u can get. A rule of thumb for NAC seems to be, get 3 times as much vitamin C. 1200mg NAC to me seems
quite a lot. Maybe stick to 600, or at least, get in more vitamin C. Again, krillin's way might be more convenient, and cheaper, and safer. Get a good whey protein, look for one that is free of lactose and preferably sugar free too. The magnesium is good, with that much Vit C, I think, but that's just me, that it's important to check your copper levels, since vitamin C is by far the most potent copper antagonist. Also, the high dose zinc you're taking adds to the problem. Copper is important for SOD, something you really want given your problem. I'd say take between 15-30mg zinc TOTAL dosage (diet + supplements) per day. Try sticking with the Se-Methylselenocysteine form of selenium. Make sure your q10 is the ubiquinol, v2 version, lef introduced it recently, don't know if other supplies got that one already, since it's patented. But it supposedly absorbes 2 x better than ubiquinol, which absorbs 8 times better than ubiquinone... you get more for your money, and even if you don't, it definitely feels like it works better, but that's just my experience. Vitamin E.. some people find that dose very excessive, though i found news on sciencedaily that says that they just found out that for oxidative stress, in order to reduce 50 percent of the damage, 1600 IU was needed, and 3200IU for 100 percent. Go look it up, I dunno. The only problems with that in my opinion, are 2 things: A. it's a blood thinner... keep the dosage in mind. B. With only the alpha form, you can get imbalances of the other forms. To correct that, you can supplement with a Gamma E with tocoTRIENOLS.. to get the full spectrum.
Don't get zinc picolinate, get optizinc or l-optizinc (supposedly even better than standard optizinc at fighting phytic acid's binding etc). Glutathione isn't absorbed that well, i think u can get more for your money if you use ways like SODzyme, endothelial defense, sufficient copper status, whey protein, NAC, etc. Beta carotene seems very high... Make sure you get 3000IU total vitamin A intake, don't worry too much about the beta carotene after that. And if you want a cartenoid, get astaxanthin, much stronger. Something good for nervous system, which would help you out, is R-dihydro-lipoic acid. Acetyl-l-carnitine + arginate, and maybe especially in ur case propionyl l carnitine might help with fatique symptoms. Some super omega 3 and good source but low dosage calcium might help you. Carnosine for the nervous system.
Adequate vitamin D status definitely wouldn't hurt you, it has been found that people with adequate vitamin D status, have less pain, from all causes. I'm guessing that's due to the nervous system benefits. Give the following a try, i know ur young, but it just might help. I'm young too (21) and some helped me a lot:

DHEA (low dose, 5-25 mg in the morning without food)
super digestive enzymes
SAMe

Best of luck, keep a strong mind, and the strength of the body will follow.

I use 100 mg ubiquinol (Jarrow currently, Healthy Origins next) myself, but can't tell the difference between it and 90-100 mg ubiquinone. But I can't tell the difference between 100 and 150 mg CoQ10 either, so I may only be a good canary at lower doses. My only rationale for using it is the purported increase in the ubiquinol/ubiquinone ratio. It's plausible, but neither of the references LEF cited actually back up this claim.

Thank you very much for the replies, very appreciated!

I will make the Selenium 100mg per day, and the Zinc 25mg per day.

Also putting the vitamin E down to 400 IU and adding 1500mg Acetyl L Carnitine

I very much hope your situation gets better piet3r, thank you for the long post, I will also look into the other things you mentioned :)
