Mine is really short.

Every other day
  • 250mg-500mg Trans-Resveratrol
  • 10mg Piperine
  • 10-15mg Quercetin
Twice a week
  • multi-vitamin pill
Try to eat as many fruits and veggies as I can. Exercise about 4-8hrs per week.

Also drink tea w/ honey and some times coffee on a regular basis.

In my own opinion, you're better off getting a complete multivitamin package, as in, all the vitamins, all the minerals, in their respective amounts, rather than taking x amount of resveratrol...

Don't get me wrong, Resveratrol is great, but often I see people replacing the BASICS with resveratrol instead... Maybe you should take a look at some simple things like AOR's multi basics 3 or lef's two per day or such. Putting that in there every day will do a lot of good already, and ensuring adequate mineral status, or at least magnesium/calcium status would be a very strong add on.
