Thanks for the link. Amazon will deliver my copy of "the Brain Trust" in a few days.

Dear All:

This is to describe, and to help to navigate in the current ongoing Facebook discussion of the book:

Ending Aging: The Rejuvenation Breakthroughs That Could Reverse Human Aging in Our Lifetime
by Aubrey de Grey and Michael Rae
http://tinyurl.com/357jzd

The discussion has initially started at the Wall here:

New Books on Aging and Longevity (Discussion Forum)'s Wall
http://www.facebook....p?id=8126691324

Four questions have been raised in this discussion so far:

1. what can be practically done to delay aging *now*?
2. how to deal with irreparable mutations in our DNA ?
3. how to deal with widespread religious beliefs in immortality?
4. will long living people be still able to generate new ideas?

Then the discussion of the topic # 2 has been expanded into our Discussion Board under the title:

"Jan Vijg's book, The Aging Of The Genome"
http://www.facebook....6...&topic=3635

The discussion of the topic # 3 has been also expanded into our Discussion Board under the title:

"Arguments for life extension, against religious prejudices"
http://www.facebook....6...&topic=3644

Hope it helps to navigate in the ongoing discussion (there are 91 members there already).

Looking forward for your comments in these debates!

Thanks!
