The highlight is getting to see the mans regrown finger (which I had heard about but never seen before).

Really amazing. But the doctor's response "in theory" when asked if we could regrow entire limbs didn't excite me very much. There's probably still a long, long way to go before we can regrow entire limbs.


Anyways, two weeks ago i almost cut 3 of my fingers off with my (now i realize) exceedingly sharp katana (don't ask me how i did it), had to take 3 stitches in my thumb, which was the most injured one. I can't imagine myself without a thumb, and worse even, without an arm or a leg. I hope they develop regenerative medicine further and faster as soon as possible so that people that don't have a part of their bodies can have it back, and their suffering can be shortened.
