Started this stack about 2 weeks ago. So far I am very happy with improvements.

I am 22, male, 155 lbs. My goals are increased brain health and functioning.

In my next purchase I will probably add picracetam/choline. Any suggestions about which particular piracetam or choline products are best?

Regarding the multivitamin: I also bought LEF Mix w/ this purchase but I am waiting to finish my existing stock of multivitamins before starting that. Also considering AOR's multivitamin for my next multivitamin purchase.

I got the Juice Plus pills for free and I figure they can't hurt.

A lot of recent research show it can help prevent heart disease and certain kinds of cancer. Check out vitamindcouncil.org or do a search in the forums.
If you look at most people's regimines they include extra D.

Other good supplements for cancer and heart disease prevention are green tea and pomegranate extract (both backed by research).

I take all my lipoic acid as Na-RALA in a spike dose first thing in the morning (rationale)on an empty stomach (for maximum absorption).

Definitely drop the equate multi and find something food based or at least higher quality.

Yep that was my thought too, maybe add resveratrol and make sure the multi you choose or create has no niacinamide/nicotinamide. To me the niacinamide/nicotinamide issue is one of the most annoying as so many supplement manufacturers throw this in as their cheap (Sirtuin inhibiting) version of B3 and I don't know why more people on here aren't dropping their current multi because of this, but to each his own.

Would LEF Mix qualify? How about AOR Ortho-core?

Ok, looks like LEF Mix has niacinamide. So, next shipment I'm going to switch to AOR Ortho-core.

Snikeris is getting it for free, so the only drawback is dying of embarrassment if someone looks in the cupboard.

One more thing, you have a lot of mitochondrial antioxidants but I don't see any anti-glycation supps. I would recommend benfotiamine due to the excellent in vivo studies that back it up.
