Briefly:

I'm purchasing a custom synthesis of Pramiracetam (a nootropic - because it's really hard to find otherwise).

It would be coming from China, and paid for by escrow contingent upon receiving a positive analysis once I receive it (ie, it IS what it's supposed to be, and pure).

To be clear, I'm NOT going to resell this, I simply want to make sure I know what I'm ingesting is safe, and the correct compound. A custom synthesis costs a 5th of the price of buying in capsules / bulk, if you can even FIND it.

But knowing nothing about the industry / techniques, I have not a clue where / how to get this tested once it arrives. What would be my easiest / cheapest route, bearing in mind that it's only for my own piece of mind? (ie - if there are different levels of certification, I may not need something as "official" as the type of COA that would allow me to resell, etc).

You will need to speak to an analytical chemistry consulting company. They will have the equipment to run the COA. They will need a Pramiracetam analytical standard to run against your sample.
