Since I already take a multi and glucosamine+chondroitin, and am starting to work out again, I'm thinking of getting this. Any opinions?

It contains the wrong kind of vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) and vitamin B3 (niacinamide). It's very low in D, magnesium and potassium (only 50mg). The magnesium is in the form of magnesium oxide which has a low bioavailability. It doesn't say how much of these (Echinacea (As Root), Ginger Extract, Quercetin (96%), R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (100 Mg), Giant Knotweed (Root Extract), Bilberry (As Fruit), Blueberry Extract (As Fruit), Pomegranate (80% Extract), Grape Seed Extract, Raspberry Seed (As Fruit), Lycopene, Lutein) things it contains. So, I guess that it will only contain very minute amounts, just enough to put it on the label.
