I am interested in getting healthier, as part of that I am interested in building a good personalized vitamin regimen. Where do I learn how to do this? What websites and/or books should I be reading? I see lots of people post there regimens and other people comment on there advantages or flaws, where exactly was this information learned? Can anyone point me at some good beginner articles? Books? Websites?
