Certainly makes a good case for not raising testosterone levels too high with hormone replacement therapy and or supplementation (DHEA, Tongkat Ali, 6-OXO, high potency Tribulus, what have you). Basically the conclusion is that high testosterone levels contribute to heart disease, when the obesity factor is removed. IE, if you are not obese then high testosterone (though it would be nice to know what high is) may not be a good thing. Then again if you have low testosterone then you are more prone to obesity. It seems a murky issue but good article nonetheless.
