What are the best spices?

So I use cinnamon, some oregano+thyme mixture, apple cider vinegar, and stevia. Now I've just read of the benefits of turmeric and probably should start adding that to my meals. Any other particularly good spices? (preferably ones with minimal calories)

Which herbs and spices are desirable out of a list like this?

Cinnamon, turmeric, cloves, rosemary, thyme, cayenne pepper, lavender, paprika and vanilla.

Lavender, cherries and mint: perillyl alcohol
Vanilla: vanillin
Turmeric: curcumine
Cinnamon: cinnamic Acid
Cayenne pepper: capsaicin

Table 5 lists the ORAC values of several spices. Cloves and basil are two biggies you could add.
