When I use Mozilla Firefox, sometimes I have to press the reload button before I can see my own new entry. Perhaps this is the reason in your case too.

Do you have bloodwork to justify taking hormones?

Selenium should be half that unless you live in a selenium-deprived country like New Zealand or Finland. CLA is controversial. Search the forum for details and see this.

Why would you take DHEA at 19? From the looks of your program, I would say you're trying to lose weight... The CLA, carnitine and DHEA for it's thermogenic properties. If this is the case, try Fucoxanthin-Slim from Life Extension, it has just been released and looks very promising.

Stay off the Brazil nuts, and u should be fine with that amount of selenium.

Even after purging Brazil nuts from my diet I still get about 100 mcg of selenium, which is very close to the US average. My best guess is that we should not exceed 234 mg/day from food and supplements. (Feel free to smack me for significant figure abuse.) See this thread for details. At your age it's best to be cautious with supplements.

I was pressed for time when I posted this. I did not mention that I have ADD and hypoglycemia. I'm looking to stabilize my blood sugar and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I recently had surgery so exercising is coming back slowly. Do any of you know of natural cognitive enhancers that I could take in addition to this regimen. Later I will probably add in creatine and a protein supplement for optimal muscle development. I'm attempting a drastic lifestyle change so any help would be appreciated.

Looks like it's from the 25 mg of Biovin in the LE Booster.

I used to have chronic hypoglycemia. It didn't even matter if I ate low GI every 1 hour, it would eventually send me into a violent, shaking wreck by the end of the day. The biggest things that helped me...

* Eating breakfast every morning!
* Adding Cinnamon, Cocoa and Walnuts to my morning oatmeal. Cinnamon is excellent for preventing sugar spikes.
* Cutting down on wheat products and excessive fruit intake (eat more berries instead)
* Consume more healthy fats and protein sources. Think of healthy fats as low GI carbs, but so much better!

It's often said each meal should be a balanced ratio of 30% fat / 30% protein / 40% carbohydrates. This is good in most cases, but what works for me is more like 40/40/20.

Also, if you're looking to boost the effects of all those supplements you take, EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE. This cannot be stressed enough.

Wow. It sounds like your hypoglycemia was much more complicated then mine. I've never had convulsions before. Normally on a day to day basis, I have tiredness periodically throughout the day. I used to have 2-3 naps a day. I also have anxiety, nervousness, and mood swings. The mood swing are probaly the worst of it all. I can go into irrational rages which have dramatic impacts on my social enviroment. My social life has been destroyed leaving me isolated in my university residence. I have a supportive family despite my emotional problems. They provide the much needed stability in my life. However, being dependant on other people leaves me feeling helpless and meaningless. My perception of reality changes from being on top of everything to being tossed into deep, emotional turmoil over meaningless social dialouge. I have been depressed for 3 years now. I'm on the anti-depressants ciprilex and wellbutrion. They seem to be having a positive effect, taking the edge off my sword of reality. I'm trying to change my diet to stablize my moods and increase my well-being. Exercising used to be a big part of my life. I just had shoulder surgery. I'm in the rehabilitation process right now. Exercising is coming back slowly. I'm getting my shit together now. I know I have unlimited potential and can achieve whatever I put my mind to. The persisting problem is my organization and focus. ADD leaves me scattered and misguided. I'm hoping the supplements help boost my efforts. ANY advice or criticisms of my posts are appreciated.

I'm going to give this one a try. Starting off the day well-balanced and energized is important for keeping everything smooth. I also do some light cardio and exercise my shoulder(It's quite painful and helps me wake up!).

I'm trying to stick to complex carbs, while, skipping out on simple sugars

My supplement regimen is the same as my last post. I did however had in omega 3-6-9 cold pressed oil supplements and garlic oil.
-omega 3-6-9- 1200mg tablets with 4 dosages a day.
-garlic oil- 3mg tablets, 2 dosages a day
