Hey guys

Just thought I would share what I am currently taking for my workout stack. It is great.

This is taken around 10 minutes before working out. If there was one modification I would make, it would be to sip through the workout, but I prefer not to carry around the shaker cup.

1g Vitamin C
15g BCAA
7.5g Glutamine
2g L-Tyrosine
200mg DMAE
3g Beta Alanine
500mg Rhodiola 3%
100mg L-Theanine (help combat anxiety from possibly too much stimulation)
8mg Albuterol (greatly increases fat burned during workout)
Stevia to sweeten.

I also take 200mg modafinil on workout days. This is a major contributer to the great energy surge, but there is a difference without the stack, and there is another benefit I listed below.

I have really bad anxiety problems, and so far none of these ingredients have caused me a problem. They do help combat the fatigue the anxiety gives me.
I finally get to workout like I did before the anxiety started. Great workouts everytime!

Also, I am on Cymbalta right now, which is causing me severe appetite loss. I went from eating around 4000 cals a day to around 1000 a day. Normally I would expect drastic muscle loss from this, as my cortisol levels would be out of control. Even 2000 cals a day causes me muscle loss. But, with this stack, I haven't been losing any muscle. It's all been fat. Many of these chemicals have been said to have cortisol modulating or cortisol lowering properties. I have also heard Cymbalta itself lowers cortisol, although I have not found a study. Either way, something is working very well!

It would help to know what type of result you are looking for in order to know "what is working for you". More energy during your workout. More strength. Fat burning. Going for bulk. Greater endurance.

7.5grams of glutamine, 15g of BCAA... seems quite a lot to me.

How about you add a few grams of micronized creatine in there?

Have you tried high dose astaxanthin for your workouts? What about Carnitine/DHEA/Ubiquinol Q10 (will depend on your age whether it's effects will be noticeable).

If you want the ultimate fat burner give Fucoaxanthin-Slim a try for about 16 weeks, 3 per day. (600mg blend).

At the moment, yes it is. I'm at around 12%bf now, hoping to hit 9-10%. Then I will up the cals again, while staying low carb.

More energy is always a goal too.

What are the benefits of astaxanthin for working out?

What would be considered an appropriate dose?

high doses of anti-inflammatory substances around workouts is counter productive.
