Quick Q - Am I right in saying we have to do a re-boot to intiate as I've just installed it on one of my servers and didn't want to hack everyone off unnecessarily!

Thanks Sentinel.Belatedly in: Sentinel
Sentinel, I do not recall if a reboot is necessary. Just guessing I would say not, since the client doesn't install any drivers or such. I believe a regular F@H client install just puts one entry in the registry that includes a User ID. If installing through the control panel, sometimes Windows calls for a reboot when it is not required. Try it, it may just work.Quick Q - Am I right in saying we have to do a re-boot to intiate as I've just installed it on one of my servers and didn't want to hack everyone off unnecessarily!

Thanks for the quick response, a re-boot tonight won't hurt it anyway and will shut the Microsoft update demands up for a while if nothing else! Thanks Sentinel.Belatedly in: Sentinel

This is a very good idea, kmoody.
This brings an additional degree of synergism to the F@H Prize and life extension effort.
Thank you.
