Morning

1 Nature's Way Perika (St. John's Wort)
1 Nature's Way Ginkgold
1 NOW Rhodiola
1 NOW Ultra Omega 3 capsule (500mg EPA/250mg DHA)
1 Supremacy (explained here)
1 CVS Fiber Capsule (Psyllium Husk Approx. 0.52 g)
1 Zantec 150mg
1 Prilosec OTC

Afternoon

1 Nature's Way Perika (St. John's Wort)
1 Nature's Way Ginkgold
1 Costco Kirkland Glucosamine + Chondroitin
1 NOW Ultra Omega 3 capsule
1 Supremacy
1 CVS Fiber Capsule
1 Zantec 150mg

Evening

1 Nature's Way Perika (St. John's Wort)
1 Nature's Way Ginkgold
1 Costco Kirkland Glucosamine + Chondroitin
1 NOW Ultra Omega 3 capsule
1 Supremacy
1 CVS Fiber Capsule
1 Zantec 150 mg
1 NOW Rhodiola

Also, I will have the following shake 1-2 times a day:

Water or Rice Milk
1/2 Scoop of AOR Essential Mix
Whatever fruit I'm in the mood for
1/2 banana for texture and conistency
1 tsp sugar
2-3 tsbp of oilve oil for weight gain (I'm really underweight right now)

And, once a day I will mix 1 tsp. of Piracetam with a cup of orange juice (for citric acid) and have that. I don't take Choline with it cause it's already in the Essential mix.

So this is my regimen. The prilosec, zantec and fiber is for stomach problems that should eventually go away. I have celiac disease and other food intolerances, can't eat gluten, milk, soy, and it seems that I can't have peanuts/nuts either. I eat meats, fruits, vegies, potato, corn and rice. It was really hard at first but not anymore cause I'm no longer in perpetual pain. Every day for ten years hurt so bad and I had no clue till I found this stuff out, and then recently got testing from Enterolab to confirm it. I'm 20 now, so 10-20 years old sucked for me. I lost a lot of weight recently because of stress/gastrointestinal issues and @ 5'11" am approx. 137lbs. :( Hoping to gain that back. I'm also looking to add something for my skin. My dad has psoriasis. My sister and I have it on our scalp and it's coming here and there in a few places on me. The glucosamine + chondroitin is because my bones constantly crack when I move. Not sure if it helps or not.

So what do you guys think?

I'd add a 1000 IU tab of D3 in a gelcap formulation, since you're only getting 500 IU in a half scoop of Essential mix. It might be cheaper to use Costco's bulk psyllium (metamucil knockoff) instead of the tabs. I'm not entirely sure it's necessary, but I've started staggering psyllium so that I don't take it with my other supplements. My concern is that it might hamper absorption.

I do usually get two shakes a day though, so it's 1000 but just spread throughout the day. I'm worried about the same thing with the fiber, but so far this is the easiest to manage.
