When I take some medications/supplements/nootropics and feel the substance effect almost immediately (within 5 minutes), is there any possible and reasonable explanations for under what special circumstances this could be the case, excluding the placebo effect?

It would depend on the substance and on the status of your stomach and gut. If you have an empty stomach, absorption will be faster. It also depends on the physical form of the drug. If it's in solution, it will be faster.
