If I'm taking AOR Essential Mix, which has choline, do I still need to take extra with my piracetam? I take 1 tsp of piracetam once a day.

I'm going to quote another forum member here:

"The general rule of thumb for AGPC is about 150-200mg per 1.6g of piracetam."
this was in the context that Alpha-GPC (as a source of choline) is the sole choline supplement taken.
I'm guessing other types of choline precursors can apply to this rule.

With this I would be getting 500mg of choline for 4g of Piracetam, though not taken at the same time.
