Help with Green tea extract

For those that have capsules, please can you do me a favor and find some ingredients to mix with the green tea powder so that I can consume the supplement. At the moment I can't really swallow the capsules, they are massive! Just try experiment a bit by mixing the powder with something, but make sure there is no casein as it prevents the benefits of egcg.

hope anyone can help. Just make it at least a bit tolerable! lol.

are you talking about mixing GTE into water and some flavour?

Don't bother, its one of the worst tasting supps i've ever tasted. just start brewing up some big mugs of strong tea.

i can't handle the caffeine as I used to prior to taking cipro... so majority of my tea now is decaf, with only 3 regular sencha tea bags.

I used to mix it with yogurt, and it was easy to eat, however I cannot find any other food or product that i can mix with that will allow me to eat it without gagging.

if you're rich you could try matcha. Japanese mix that into everything.

How big is the capsule you have now?

Maybe a smaller cap would be a solution. Now Foods has a GTE that is only 400 mg that I've used, I didn't find the capsule large at all (smaller than an OrthoCore cap). Nature's Way has an even smaller one (250 mg), as does Healthy Origins (also 250 mg, and decaffeinated).

I tasted the powder from inside a cap, it is pretty nasty.

I use BACs green tea powder (I know, some people don't like BAC) and just mix it into hot water and make....a super tea. :) Very low caffeine, however. I usually have to add 2 packets of splenda as it is pretty bitter, however, at a 500 mg dose......

I take most ofl my supplements including green tea with 4oz of juice and 28oz of water. With a bit of juice green tea extract isn't bad at all. Try pomegranate and make sure it is well mixed (gte clumps are horrible!).

Maybe berries or whey protein? Or soy milk and flaxseed?
