That's a lot of rhodiola...

Get rid of the tribulus, it's a waste of your money.

There's a lot of iron in your multivitamin, unless you are a vegan, I wouldn't take it as a male.

Seems like a lot of niacin too... Might wanna check the liver periodically.

wow, why are you taking so much rhodiola? shr5 is so potent... you really dont need that much

way way too much niacin.. there are better supplements and strategies against insulin resistance. check out my thread here:

tyrosine should be taken in the morning i believe.

The data on policosanol is iffy, at best. Most likely it's a scam -- only cholesterol benefits are seen in Cuban studies. When independently tested, it doesn't do a whole lot. And why 45mg of zinc daily? Seems like a lot to me. The 500mg of niacin would be good if you are trying to treat a cholesterol (HDL) problem, but otherwise I see no reason to take so much.

Tribulus is definitely not a waste of money. The color came back to my skin after I started using it. I was very sick after having 2 hard surgeries back to back, and tribulus helped slightly lift my mood, and made me look/feel healthier.

It's fairly well documented at boosting Test. levels through raising LH, though not to supraphysio levels. It's been shown to be very good for those training very hard (to help maintain test levels), or for those under debilitating chronic stress. It's also indicated in Ayurvedic medicine, alongside bacopa monnieri.
