Ok, so I turned 21 recently, and it's the year 2008, I feel the need to celebrate that using a supplement overhaul. ;)

After thoroughly reexamining my regimen I've come up with the following of which I'm quite proud of it as it seems to be well thought out and powerful against aging. All products are from Life Extension except those stated which are from AOR, Garden of life, Relentless Improvement or Kirkman (for the magnesium malate).

Upon waking:

2 Relentless Improvement strontium (680mg)
4 mitochondrial energy optimizer
2 carnosine (1000mg)
2 DMAE (300mg) (for removing lipofuscin; incase of carnosine byproduct)
1 methyl-cobalamin sublingual 5mg
1 Garden of life primal defense ultra probiotic

Breakfast:

1 jarrow vitamin d3 2500IU
1 boron 3mg
1 super zeaxanthin (for meso-zeaxanthin)
1 taurine 1000mg
1 MSM 1000mg
1 super omega 3
1 mega GLA
1 Ubiquinol 50mg
1 RNA 500mg
1 blueberry pomegranate cocoa
1 magnesium malate (kirkman 1000mg capsules)
1 AOR multi basics
3 AOR ortho bone

Evening:

1 Garden of life primal defense ultra probiotic
1/2 lef creatine powder 2-4grams
1 lef super omega 3
1 blueberry pomegranate cocoa
1 mega benfotiamine 250mg
1 magnesium malate (kirkman 1000mg capsules)
1 AOR multi basics
3 AOR ortho bone

Bedtime:

1 Garden of life primal defense ultra probiotic
1 lef whey protein powder 17grams
1 AOR multi basics
1 blueberry pomegranate cocoa
1 magnesium malate (kirkman 1000mg capsules)
1 mega benfotiamine 250mg
1 Relentless Improvement k2 15mg
4 AOR ortho bone

In the future when I have more money I will do something along these lines:

(in no particular order)

1. Switch the 50mg ubiquinol with anywhere between 100-300mg
2. Switch the multi basics with the life extension 490 mix caps and add gamma E with tocotrienols
3. Increase the dose of the RI k2 menatetrenone from 15 to 45mg
4. Increase carnosine dose to 3000mg total
5. Add in some apolactoferrin
6. Add in enhanced digestive enzymes
7. Raise the RNA dose if any further research supporting it comes out... (doubtful)
8. Add in EDTA for chelation
9. Increase MSM dose to 4000mg
10. Add optimized resveratrol 250mg & bio-curcumin 400mg, dual action cruciferous vegetable extract with cat's claw
11. Add in standardized lignan extract
12. Add in source of propionyl-l-carnitine
13. Add in Seal oil for the DPA component. Waiting until they become more potent and available.
14. Add in Mega silymarin for the liver
15. Add in astaxanthin at a dose ranging between 4 to 20mg
16. If I find a higher quality probiotic, I will replace the one I'm currently taking
17. If they ever rediscover potassium and lift that idiotic 99mg per capsule limit, I will take 1-2 grams of it.

I'm interested to see what you guys think of this update. Obviously it goes on top of all my other life quality and quantity extending practices. I got a reasonably perfect diet currently with as little as possible AGE's & sugar. I exercise when I can, and I always work on my mental happiness through thoughts, acts (laughter is great medicine), and psychotherapy (hence I don't take supplements for my mood).

Most people spread out their carnosine to minimize peaks and valleys.
