Here's a warning letter from the FDA, telling them to take some of their supporting evidence off their webside; this is the evidence the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus cited in upholding Biotivia against Sardi's Resveratrol Partners. James Betz is a match for Sardi.

The article is an interesting look into commercial/legal workings of supplement marketing, and seemingly written from a neutral standpoint, but in the interest of staving off a heated and/or biased battle here in the forums, I am going to close this subject.
