I started when I was 18 years old... with regards to my diet, I have not cheated or deviated from it a single time in two years now. Not a single bite, nothing. It's beyond me how I was able to throw these foods out of my life so easily.

I consume NOTHING containing red meat, white flour, simple/refined sugars, hydrogenated oils, dairy, chemical taste enhancers(msg, preservatives, etc). I do eat eggs and fish though.

I stick to fruits and vegetables, never anything processed. Avocado's, whole grains( rawoats, spelt bread) tomatoes, legumes, broccoli, plenty of olive oil, eggs, raw wheat germ, flax, raw nuts fish, etc etc etc. I like to keep a tight ship with regards to my blood sugar.

I have a juicer as well, I should really be using it more too! haha

I stay away from toxic personal care products as well

Intense cardio 5 days a week for 45 minutes, intense weight training throughout the week as well.

As far as supplements..

LEF Mix
ALIVE!
8mg astaxanthin
Food Science superior reds
Food science superior purples
ALA 250mg
Greens Today JOINT
Berries and greens superfood powder
30grams chlorella + Spirulina, I'm huge on these, Mix them into smoothies containing my other green powders
Gary nulls MUSCLE protein powder
NOW Fish oil, I take in atleast a gram of EPA and DHA a day
Cocoa powder
Plenty of other misc things such as vit C powder, lecithin granules, etc etc.

As you can see I'm very big with regards to drinking my nutrition, I love superfood powders.

Not too shabby? This all costs me around a hundred dollars a month.

Nice routine. Here is mine. Grains in the morning, though not all the time. I do eat meat but know that I shouldn't. I drink and eat plenty of fruit a day and make sure I have plenty of vegetables. I drink Veight, sorry my num pad is broken, everyday too. What else...I excercise fourty minutes a day as well. I take a multivitamin and some brain supplements including Huperizine A and a focus formula. That's pretty much it, I would welcome any suggestions for how I can better my diet.
