Time and time again same story, don't just supplement with alpha tocopherol, get all 8 of the family. Get twice as much gamma E as alpha E, make sure it's natural, not synthetic. And lastly, don't take too much... no more than 100-400IU of alpha E, like I said with gamma E being double that. Always take vitamin C along with E, taking both is gives you results that both alone won't give.

has there been any human studies showing all 8 tocos are beneficial?
