After picking up a few suggestions from our thread on smoothies I learned to make some pretty amazing ones, so I decided to ask for advice on two of my other favorite CRON meals - salads and soups.
What are the "must have" vegetables or fruits that you have to include in either? Are there any anti-aging spices or herbs that I should be aware of?
A good advice I got from browsing the board is to sprinkle olive oil on a salad - not only do I get my daily fat requirement from it (vegan), but also the supposed benefits of oil olive that some centenarians swear by.
