Looks like a good site...and a great opportunity to plug my iHerb referral code: HEM005 - save $5 on new orders. For some reason though, I can't copy and paste from that site. I tried using the latest Mozilla Firefox browser as well as IE6. Strange.

I disagree with a few things on the cron site:

http://www.cron-web....-condensed.html

I can't seem to copy anything, but on the last sample diet for the male, they recommend doing 1.5 grams of ALCAR, sounds a bit high? I took 1.5 grams yesterday and I considered that to be a megadose. The bottle recommends 500 mg a day. Also, the recommend 2x omega 6 to omega 3 ratio, I know that's wrong, you need to have more Omega 3 than Omega 6. See related question that I posted a few days ago about the link between Omega 6 and cancer.
