I think I may have a Tuna allergy, I am not 100% sure, as I did not think u could have one for Tuna.
When I consume Tuna for the next few days I notice I am noticeably more irritable and angrier. When I have been off Tuna for a few weeks, I notice my mood picks up greatly.
I eat a lot of protein from chicken, whey and beef and I am fine with those.
I also have a similar reaction to other foods like: Eggs, Aspartame, artificial colours, and too much sugar, due to this I avoid these foods and eat a very natural diet.
I know well that I have food allergies, but do you know what could be wrong with me with the Tuna, is it another allergy ?
What exactly causes this problem ?
