Pending guest for this upcoming Sunday evening is Dr Kevin Warwick, the cyborg professor.

Caveat. There might be severe weather where I live this Sunday, right about the time the show will occur(5pm CDT, 22:00 GMT). If such weather does develop, I will have to postpone the broadcast until a future date. I should have a better idea on the threat level tomorrow and will update this forum.

Also, the Ustream channel was off air for a good portion of this week because I had to take the laptop that maintains the live stream with me on an important trip. Programming should be back up this evening.

The threat of severe weather and tornadoes appears high enough (30%) to keep me away from Imminst during the afternoon and evening on Sunday, especially considering the track record of tornadoes so far this year in the U.S. (record pace, 100 deaths). I don't want to be caught off guard. In addition, there is the technical consideration that I might have lightning driven brownouts during the broadcast.

This week's Update program is canceled. I will see about moving Kevin Warwick to next week June 1st.

please survive the severe weather.

severe weather and events like the chinese earthquake etc always worry me. big threats on immortality. It really sucks.

we must control weather and do much more , hopefully can control weather when reaching type I civilization.
