interesting.

my observations:

his doctor is a retard, obviously not one of the better anti-aging doctors. test + hgh + all those supplements all at once was obviously a bad idea... dhea + preg + test was also a bad idea... 100mg test is too large of a dose... etc
his wife was super jealous and totally CB'ing him.

I can't see the video since I live outside the United States.
Are there any alternate links that work outside the U.S.A?

The video is alright from the perspective of highlighting the fact that no true comprehensive age-reversing treatments exist today. This should not stop people from trying though.

Is it really such a bad thing to grow old gracefully...

This question is asked at the end of the video. I would say yes, because "growing old gracefully" is impossible. Disability and suffering happens to everyone who ages and it sucks. Growing old is a tremendous drain on resources...especially medical resources.

Will American's ever give up their obsession with youth?

(Another question at the end of the video). I sure hope not.

When true anti-aging treatments arrive, Spurlock will be in line to take them. I guarantee.

I visited that link before too. It just displays the text 'The requested video cannot be displayed in your region'.

He was just throwing a bone to the people who either a:

1) Are already old (like 1 year away from dying) and will not consider cyronics
or
2) Won't do so for religious beliefs.

I agree, if there an alternative to disability and suffering, then disability and suffering will be a harder sell.

You can download the episode as a torrent. Using a client such as Utorrent.

Just search google for 30 Days torrent, there is a complete 30 Days season torrent, I just downloaded this 1 episode.

Wow, I'd not seen that episode in some time and had forgotten how harsh his wife was. What really got me was at one point she was screaming at him about how we only get one life and have to be careful with it, and treat it as a temple. A fine sentement, but not when you're, as she is, obese! The second she started telling him how to improve his health he should have made her agree to drop some weight.

This was very lame. The guy on the show was an idiot and his doc wasn't that great either. They greatly oversimplified everything to make it sound like "hgh and steroids are bad". I felt like I was watching an after school special. I would much rather gain insight from others on this forum about supplements and anti-aging than some show that is throwing a spin like this was. For those of you that were not able to watch this you didn't miss a thing.

Well you have two dumb fat people that take what ever a doctor tells them to take without even looking up the side-effects. At least they were being reasonably well monitored. People should know that medications can be dangerous and should do some serious reading before taking anything for any length of time.
