Nanotechnology fiction

Do you guys know of any decent fiction books with nanotechnology as a base? The last one I read was Ringworld children. Even though nanotech plays a major role in the story I don't think there was much emphasis on it.

I think I'm going to try and write a small story. I know my syntax is horrendous. I read all these amazing stories, and I know these authors make good writing seem easy. I still get this gnawing feeling to give it a try.
