Shannon Vyff wrote an interesting and moving piece on teaching children about cryonics. Although Shannon is very passionate about cryonics and life extension, she draws an important distinction
between raising curiosity and persuasion vs. coercion in the context of child rearing and education. Hopefully, this will go a long away in persuading our critics that we do not want to manipulate and brainwash our children and teenagers.

The complete series on futurism, calorie restriction, cryonics and child rearing is online now:

The final entry in the series "vitrification agents in cryonics" has been made available as well:

Thanks, my experience has been that kids really like the idea--and my own children when they became aware of death, and what it really was around ages 2 to 4, still didn't like it, but were happy about being cryonicists--for a while they went around telling people, it was very cute :) Now that they are older it comes up less, but they still tell their best friends in 'deep conversations' :)
