Dear friends,

I believe I'm experiencing a couple of side-effects of my nootropic regimen, and I'm hoping someone can help me diagnose the culprit and recommend a solution.

Symptoms: Mild headache, feeling of tension over the scalp, feeling slightly stressed for no apparent reason, difficulty concentrating.

Regimen:

800mg Oxiracetam 2x per day OR 1200mg Piracetam 2x per day
250mg CDP-Choline, sometimes doubled or taken with 250mg of choline bitrate if I take more 'racetam that day than usual.
Multivitamin
100mg CoQ10
500mg cocoa extract
250mg green tea extract
2000mg salmon oil (capsules)
250-500mg Bacopa (A&B, 20% Bacopsides), at night before bed.

Any ideas? Questions?

Thanks for your help.

Nick

This a completely baseless statement but perhaps if you scaled down your nootropic use, that would help with the headache.

Cut out the noops for a day and see if that helps. Could be the Oxiracetam. My few times taking it it caused me to want to concentrate really hard (in a forhead-muscles-contracted sort of way) that could cause a headache in some.

Been off the noots for a couple days and am feeling better. I'll start phasing them back in slowly, probably use the oxi last.
